Oakhurst Suburban Center is a one story office building constructed of concrete block and has a metal, mansard roof. The building is 8200 SF and is divided into eight office suites. These suites are available in two sizes: 512 SF and 1024 SF. Because of the way the building was designed, none of the interior walls are load-bearing.
